When it comes to reducing sleep wrinkles the number one answer you are going to find is to try to sleep on your back. I also want to add I don’t believe in just sleep wrinkles I believe it has more to due on lifestyle. Before I go into lifestyle a few tip on why sleep is super important in preventing wrinkles. The less you sleep the more cortisol you produce which breaks down skin cells. Therefore the more you sleep the more Human Growth Hormone you produce which helps elasticity stay strong.
More tips on wrinkles are of course to apply SPF ( sunscreen/sunblock) everyday on your face and don’t forget your neck and hands. Those areas are one of the first places were signs of aging show up. Secondly make sure to avoid smoking. A more in depth answer to why are because it causes vasoconstriction so narrowing of your blood vessels. This results in decrease in blood flow to your skin, which then causes a lack of oxygen and vitamin A. Also don’t forget that cigarettes contain over 4,000 chemicals which just damages your collagen and elastin resulting in wrinkles and skin sagging. When it comes to your diet make sure to eat foods that have lots of omega 3 in it for example Salmon and other fishes, plus increase your selection of berries for they are extremely potent in anti-oxidants. Anti-oxidants fight free radicals which help preserve the skin in a more healthier and radiant way.
